bounty based ability?
in order to activate the ability the user must have a piece of evidence of the target's crime (stolen items, possession of the target's victims, weapons used, photo evidence). once it's activated a bounty poster will be conjured, it will display the target's appearance, their "value" and the task given to complete the contract. the poster cannot be destroyed, it can be ripped apart but only the user can make it fully disappear. once the task was completed, the poster will disappear and the user will get a 80 percent boost in aura and physical abilities depending on the target's nen value. sub ability "bounty compass", can track the target by setting a portion of the poster in fire. the smoke will direct to the location of the target. another sub ability "bounty claim" allows the user to unlock certain nen catégories according to the users choice at only 75 percent efficiency.
