I'm having a hard time with the way MacOS handles finder windows

TL;DR: Finder windows appear on all desktops instead of being organized into the desktop you opened the finder window in. This is messy and very confusing to look at. This isn't a problem in Windows. Yes, I'm aware this behavior is normal, but is there a way to change it?

I love my Macbook, but there are a few things that drive me crazy and I can't be the only one who feels this way.

Imagine this:

In desktop 1 I have two finder windows open. Finder window 1 is the SD card I plugged in, and finder window 2 is the folder I'm transferring my favorite photos to from the SD card.

In desktop 2 I have a documents finder window open where I'm browsing spread sheets.

In MacOs I cannot have these two worlds be separate. The SD card finder window, the photos finder window, and the documents finder window would be open in both desktop 1 and 2 simultaneously. This makes a huge mess on my screen because there are too many windows open. WHY? It doesn't make any sense to do it this way! I spend a lot of time just looking at all the finder windows I have open trying to find what I need. I can have different folders open on different desktops in Windows without any fuss. I left Windows because I was tired of its nonsense but I'm also getting tired of the nonsense in MacOS!

Is there a way to change this behavior? Or is MacOS doomed to forever be a mess of finder windows open all over the place?

Okay, so let me explain this:

Right now I pay 15 bucks for 5 gigs of data. That's usually enough. But sometimes it isn't, and I haven't found a reliable way to add more data before the next billing cycle.

Rewind to April 27th, I buy a 1 gig pass because I really needed some data to hold me over. That 1 gig gets used up, a new 15 dollar bill should've come around, but it didn't because the stupid 1 gig top up lasts for a week and it was preventing me from getting my usual service. So I ask the rep on the phone how I should go about topping up when I use more than 5 gigs and he basically told me that there isn't a way to do it and that I would have to buy a larger prepaid data plan. Thats bullshit! Nah! No way, I want to leave.

I've heard good things about Mint until your speeds are deprioritized. But other than Mint, I'm not sure where to look. Anyone have any suggestions?
