I've bought a new mice and she's in quarantine before I'll add her to the rest of my mice. I've noticed that whenever I open the cage and she walks up on my hand or when I feed her she starts to make these sounds. She's very smol and probably young. For me this sounds like a begging of an uri but maybe I'm mistaken?
