Zulaport triggering with Lethal Scheme
I had Zulaport Cutthroat, Warren Soultrader, Bloodletter of Aclazotz, and 14 misc creatures.
On my turn I use Warren Soultrader to Pay 1 life, Kill 1 Creature gain 1 Treasure 14 times. I say "I pay 14 life with Warden and kill 14 creatures"
Upon doing that Zulaport sees 14 creatures I control die which would cause my opponent to lose 14 life and I gain 14 life, and with Bloodletter since opponent loses 14 life on my turn its doubled causing them to lose 28 life.
My opponent casted Lethal Scheme at my Zulaport after I paid my 14 life and sacrificed my 14 creature.
What happened?
From my understanding, since I triggered 14 instances of Soultrader, Zulaport triggered each time first and Opponent casted Lethal Scheme after I lost my creatures but that would have still sent out the 14 life loss doubled from Bloodletter.
My opponent is saying that since he cast Lethal Scheme that is the first thing that the stack sees so it resolves first and the first thing that happened on my turn was Zulaport dying, so each creature sac i had done didnt trigger him and all I did was gain 14 Treasure from Warren
