I don’t know if this is relevant to FA’s or not - by ex is fearful avoidant and it’s like she’s had a personality swap. We broke up a month ago and the way she texts me is like talking to a brick wall, plus she takes hours to respond which she never did before.
Is this still deactivation? Or should I just let go
Hi all - if you have been discarded or broken up with by a fearful avoidant, how is your relationship with their parents?
Especially if you have broken up more than once - did they blame you for it? Do you still talk if you see them?
My FA ex told everyone the breakup was mutual (it obviously want NOT mutual) and I’m trying to understand why!

My FA ex broke up with me in November, I gave her space for 6 weeks before she came back to back asking if we could get back together, and she regretted the breakup etc. she said she felt like it was the only option at the time. She had a rebound relationship during those 6 weeks too.
We got back together, things were going well, then suddenly the same thing happened - she broke up with me out of nowhere. She seems to get distant, ignores me, and somehow switches off her feelings for me, then breaks up and says ‘the relationship just isn’t working’ and ‘it’s annoying because I know it should work but it isn’t’
So we haven’t spoken in about a month now. I’m doing my best to move on, but I’m just so confused.
Is it likely she comes back? Should I just block her?
I know now to not take her back unless she is actively working on her attachment issues and tries to stop running away
