Used Kawasaki mule pro 1000 ranch

I bought a 5 hour Mule pro 1000 Ranch Edition. Definitely not what I was looking for but the price was right and it is essentially brand new. The guy didn’t like how fast it was and thought it was too wide for his forest trails (concern for me as well). At any rate we were at the dealer at the same time as he traded for a 4010.

I also have concerns about speed. Is there an easy way to limit speed with out installing something? I have kids and I would rather they not get crazy. Our old UTVs would only go 25 mph, which felt appropriate. I would like to do something easily reversible because I use it for work on the roads a lot.

Client upset I did not get them more money

This is just a vent. I have two adjacent clients, a county and the county seat (city). There is a $1.8 million dollar road improvement needed along the city limit line to support a new school. The county agreed to fund half the cost but the city could not afford their half. I wrote a detailed letter requesting funding assistance from the state DOT on behalf of both clients jointly, since they are sharing in the project. We were awarded $650k. Now the city is upset with me that they did not get more money and they have to split it with the county. Council believes I played favorites to get the county money instead of it all being theirs and that I should have tried harder to get more money. This same city is months behind paying me. I am ready to tell them to pound sand but am always afraid I will not have enough work. My firm is very small and I actually run a department for this small city.
