Topical minoxdil 7m, spiro and yas 2m. Was TE (caused by long term eating disorder) but also had PCOS so took spiro and Yasmin not for hair reasons but had a great effect on skin and hair!!

finally! 🌱 been on this journey since August 2025. eating disorders suck! 🤘🏻
