Tier 4 store in a retirement neighborhood. Corporate (or district?) made it so Phlex is no longer something we enable, rather it’s something that turns on when the F1 and F4 numbers get too high. It turns on when it feels like it 🥱

This week has been an unmitigated disaster. Fill numbers ballooned from 200 to 500 over the course of the week. No one can solve the snowballing enshitification problem. We keep our heads down and work.

Advice would be appreciated 😓
