Is it allowed to use resources/images from an old project as reference to produce new assets? Such as, can I use an image from a videogame as a reference photo, send it to an artist to build a new model?

Are there any roblox games which are not games but more like different types of experiences. For example I saw a concert experience event which was more like watching a movie/concert, wondering if there is anything like that you know of?
