My family's struggle started when I was a child and my father died of cancer. My mother worked hard as a hospital cleaner to support us. Later, my sister was working in a factory to help the family, but tragically, she passed away, leaving behind two small orphaned toddlers.

Now, my mother is elderly and bedridden with high blood pressure, unable to work. I had to drop out of my studies to become the sole provider. I do daily wage labor and heavy lifting jobs, trying my best to support my family and get medicine for the kids, but it is never enough. We are living in an unfinished house in Mekelle, Tigray, and struggling just to survive day by day.
