bought a 1997 Gibson SG special from 148edthehead and description said no issues

guitar arrives and the neck is super bowed, no buggy; take it to the luthier.

It sits with him for over a month and I go to collect it and I’m informed the neck is warped, and even with a fret level, it’s too warped to fix without taking the frets out and planing the board and then a regret which will cost in the region of £500

the Seller assured me that it was ‘professionally’ setup and had no issues but it was like a bow and arrow and then ignored me

basically it’s unfixable, ebay won’t help as it’s after the window but I had no idea until after the window

any suggestions please?
