I am currently in the Smyrna, GA area (outside of metro Atlanta), applying to live in a rental in Marietta. My credit score does not meet the requirements for the property management company. I am being advised to get a guarantor. I'm just now learning about these types of services. Are they legit? Which is the most credible? Is it a one-time payment, or is it part of your rental payment? The property is priced at $2,340 with a 3x income requirement, plus credit score, etc. The score is the issue. I need a co-signer ASAP. Which way is up?
