hey y'all, i feel like ringle's policies and systems are lowkey violating the type of employment/contract it offers its american tutors. i think they impose strict rules and regulations, and punishments, that would actually tread into a w-2 employee category. what do you guys think

hi everyone, i am curious to learn about some other experiences with taking time off from tutoring and then getting back in the groove. i took a week off and reduced some of my hours and now am getting no bookings. like absolutely no requests. does anyone have any advice or tips for getting recognition again and advertising to get lessons back on the books? thanks!
