Meta glasses return and frustration
Bought Meta AI glasses and I have been trying to return them . It has been 3 weeks that I have raised a return request and they have been unable to send me a shipping label . I mean even the Mom and Pop shops with online purchase has better systems . Almost 20 odd emails , raising cases have not done anything at all . Their escalations team does not respond . Utter frustration
