So i arranged a payment on the May 11 for my minimum payment 68 dollars but it didn’t go through and got returned i went in again on the May 13 for the same payment and it went through and they took the money off my card. Now on may 21 they closed my account for 2 returned payments one in January and the other one this month even though i payed the minimum on time for both. I also called synchrony bank and they said there’s nothing they could do to reopen this account, how will this effect my credit score i am honestly so beyond stressed right now because I don’t know if this closed credit card account will damage my payment history or average age of account .
