We’re Stuck Until 2028

Given that Jared McCain just had an insane performance, and every sports media page/outlet ever is talking about our bonehead decision to trade him for a bag of Doritos, it reminded me of our other notable trade we made, and that’s Harden to the Clippers. We have the Clippers 2028 unprotected FRP and a 2029 pick swap(top 3 protected). Now everyone knows that as long as Embiid & George’s massive contracts are on the team, we are not winning anytime soon. Now I’m not going to get into the logistics of trade ideas for any of these two, as that can be a whole other post and being that they might be the worst and second worst contracts in the league, I highly doubt anyone’s going to want to trade for them. Now the two most important things are we don’t trade any draft picks for the next two seasons, and something out of our control is the clippers need to be bad in 28 and 29, which is looking likely. I think for right now we are stuck with the team we have, so we should just go out there and do our best. At the end of the 28-29 season we could potentially build a contender as we could potentially have two lottery picks on our team, embiid and George’s contract would be up, so we’d have money to sign depth, and we could even sign Embiid to a vet minimum to be a mentor for the young guys, if he’s still playing by then. Overall things look bright for the future, but right now we are just stuck.

Did Walt Ever Love Skylar?

Rewatching breaking bad for like the 6th time and just watching the first episode, and it seems like Walt doesn’t even like his own wife😭. Skylar very clearly adores him, and Walt just doesn’t gaf, even when he’s getting a handjob in bed. Is it because of the lack respect he feels from his family, Hank, Bogdan? Or him not living up to his potential, Or is it because he really loves Gretchen and settled for Skylar. This part of breaking bad gets forgotten as it’s only like 30 or so minutes that Walt doesn’t have cancer. I feel like he always had some underlying resentment for Skylar, (maybe because of junior’s disability) and him breaking bad just exposes it even harder.

Just ended the semester and got an E in a class. I don’t know what this means, and how to go about it, all I know is that it dropped my GPA way more than I would’ve liked. I’m assuming there’s nothing I can do about it now since the semester is over. I’m stressing out and don’t know if I need to retake it. Anyone who has any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Mike this scene never really made sense to me. Like yeah Walt is super ego driven no one is denying that, but, like what did you want him to do about Gus😭? Let him kill your brother inlaw or potentially yourself? Like cmon. Mike would’ve interfered as well, if it were him. I get Mike is just venting and is angry about his money being gone, but ironically he’s the one who’s ego gets him hurt. He basically did all of it for nothing, as his money got seized, and the only reason that happened, is because he wouldn’t trust Saul’s advice about consulting him before using another a lawyer, and wouldn’t yk it that lawyer snitched on him, something Saul would never do.
