Just wondering if people have heard if their colleagues have filed grievances for the AWA denials? Many of my colleagues didn't and I found it really disappointing that they just gave up.

I've returned to work after a 14 month mat leave but commuting one hour everyday and only seeing my son for 2 hours a day is starting to mentally have a toll on me. The anxiety is starting to get too much and it's affecting my quality of life. Has anyone tried or do I have a shot at getting a medical accommodation to work from home a few days a week due to postpartum anxiety?
