Statefarm to Allstate switch
Hi all, currently in Ohio which may change the answers here, but I was wondering if there anyone in here who made the switch from a statefarm agent employee to and Allstate agency?
I’m heavily debating this right now, in talks with an agent. If you did, how did it go? How different are the systems, did you take a pay cut/was the comp plan better?
Are you still selling as much life insurance? Right now I’ve sold about 42 life policies so far into the year with bundling, I’m wondering if that will take a huge hit or if the policies are comparable.
Give me the good and the bad please! I’ve been with my agent for 5 years, this would be a huge change for my current office
