Ticket response time is laughable
So I can get a reply same day about the wrong email about the Factuality Exam, but a legit issue like my account being suspended for not doing the RCA survey (which I did the first time and was explicitly told not to do it the 2nd time) has been a few days. I also could get tasks yesterday but today it seems it’s gone into effect, right before the weekend conveniently.
Why isn’t there a dedicated team to handle suspension issues? Or why don’t these have a higher priority among the thousands of tickets that support supposedly gets?
Also I’m calling it, there’s gonna be actual work this weekend when myself (and others) can’t access it.
