Hey Peppers, I'm about to take my 4th dose tonight. I'm only on .2 starting small. Last week the constipation was awful. I feel I cleared it with movicil but woke this morning with what feels like being to full in upper intestinal area. My question is, should I take next dose or wait. With such a low dose I'm not sure if it's even the reta.

I was under the impression that it would take a few weeks to kick in. Im not sure how I could reach protein and or calorie deficit.

Will this settle down?
