Anyone have any idea what this sound is?

I popped the hood to see if I could see anything after my AC stopped working and I hear this noise.

I've never heard this before, I dont know if its related to the AC or not.

This thing sounds pretty loud and cranky. 26 brz TS. Do you think this is normal? Feels louder the last few days. More rattled.
