How do you feel about adding X factors to players on your team?

And why is that the one thing ea decides to give us to edit about a player stat/ability after starting?

Drafted dupont 74 ovr, i want to let him progress a yr at 74ovr.

Do i stuff him 3rd pair for a bit + pp or give him the year in the W?

I made a custom roster of all franchise med 50 ovr players. (Saw a yt doing it)

All of the players potential dropped to ahl top 4 after loading the roster into a 33 team franchise mode. This was before any game was played

Anyone seen this or know what happened?
