Merch Customer Service?
Hi!
I’m not exactly a LSDream mega fan, but my best friend is and I didn’t know what else to do. I ordered her some merch from the official LSDream website for her birthday (I got the patches hoodie). I ordered it like two/three weeks ago.
8 days ago I got the notification from the “shop” app that it had been shipped with the UPS Tracking / link attached. The UPS link said it would be “delivered tomorrow.” the next day, it said the same thing. Essentially, every day it just re-updates to say “delivered tomorrow.”
I called UPS and they said since the merchant used “Mail Innovations” that they can’t confirm anything and o have to contact the shipper.
Long story short, I’ve emailed the contact listed on the website, aka merch@merchsupport.net 3 times in the past week and have gotten zero response. Does anyone have any suggestions what to do? I paid $100 for this hoodie, and I’d like to give it to my friend.
