Guys i need some help. I try to avoid drinking water like atleast 1 hour or 2 before going to bed because otherwise the risk is high of me getting a WD. I dont fantasize, edge or lust etc very often at all so its not about that. Problem is even if i hydrate well before the last hours, im still hella thirsty before going to sleep. And i hate going to sleep thirsty, so how do i deal with that?
