So i bought a laptop from CeX, it was advertised to have 24gb of ram and 512gb of storage, and it arrived with 8gb of ram and 240gb of storage, can I instead of returning this ask for them to upgrade it or something? thats twice ive posted here in the same month over CeX ripping me off, lmao.
So I've had this PT515-51 for 40< days now, Its been overheating to where I can barely play games like minecraft without the cpu spiking to 95, My dad went to CeX to ask if they reapply thermal paste because I'd consider this a manufacturers fault. (degraded over time), I've already underclocked my cpu to 150.6mV and disabled BD PROCHOT, still barely able to emulate Super Smash Bros Ultimate without a lag spike every 5 seconds. Will they repair this or give me my money back? If so, what question should I ask?

Personally, id like if they added something with the blue core energy, Astro being able to jump start any dead robot or device was really cool to see. but I love his kokoro too.
