Smoked Cream Cheese
Smoking two bricks of cream cheese. One with Everything but the Bagel seasoning and the other Meat Church Holy Voodoo. Smoking at about 225 for 2 hours. Picked up a Cherry Bourbon Jam to go with it. This is always a party favorite.
