I have a concern regarding my sexual health and would appreciate your guidance. The skin covering the tip of my penis does not fully retract, and I am worried whether this could affect my ability to have sex or have children in the future.

I have never masturbated. However, I sometimes simulate sexual activity using a pillow, and during this, a transparent fluid comes out. I am unsure whether this is normal.

I have never been sexually active and have never kissed a girl, so I do not have any practical experience regarding these matters. I am feeling quite anxious and would like to know if my condition is normal and what steps I should take next.
