Writing to USCIS

I have decided to do a pre-suit to USCIS and see if that does anything for my case. I’ve seen it going around on TikTok has anyone tried?

Travel on expired DACA

I know it is very stupid to even think about this but I genuinely am curious if anyone has attempted this with no consequences.

My DACA has been expired since November of last year and currently waiting for an approval like many of you. I have always traveled normally in state before the whole "real ID" thing to affect and the expiration and I don't plan on traveling due to ICE being well... ICE lol. I also remember seeing a news article about a girl my age being taken by ICE at an airport after attempting to travel back to her home state from college and I am pretty sure her DACA was valid.

I am asking because I am losing hope in my approval considering its been 8 months going on 9 and I just cant bare the thought of being stuck in my state. I am someone who likes to explore but of course will always be cautious.

If anyone has done this w no problem where did you travel to and from? How was your experience with TSA and what docs and identification did you take?

Inquiry

Applied 1/23, biometrics 2/9, API movement on 6/16 . Someone posted yesterday about sending a message through the inbox rather than their form and I got this back today after sending the message last night. I figured what the hell might as well. I'm hopeful this means I'll get an approval soon since people have said the Nebraska center is a lot better/faster.

Traveling with delays

hey friends, i'm aware of the risk - but curious how many have traveled with their expired daca while they wait for approval & what your experience was like.

I have a trip coming up but not sure what to do. I flew back in April and was fine

Thanks in advance :)
