Finally approved after the longest wait ever... 😭❤️

I'm praying that everyone who's still waiting receives their approval notice soon. I know this journey hasn't been easy for any of my fellow Dreamers, but I know for a fact that we are some of the strongest and most resilient people out there.

No matter what obstacles come our way, we always find a way to keep going—just like our parents taught us. Every challenge has only made us stronger and reminded us why we keep fighting for what's right.

Maybe it's just me, but I truly believe something bigger is coming for us. I can feel it. 🫂✨❤️

@attorneyhillary posted a few hrs ago on TikTok additional inquiries by a specific Senator who's working with USCIS Director, Mark Wayne, for those who have over normal processing times. She explains who she is working with and it has been helping a lot of pending cases. SPECIALLY (but not limited to) THOSE WITH EXISTING INQUIRIES. So dig up that/those inquiry ids (if applicable) and have it ready.

No PII needed other than your receipt ID, month submitted and inquiry ID.

I have done everything you could think of and still nothing. Been on LOA since Feb… filed WoM 07/20 with court waiver, waiting on judge to approved the waiver before summons can be serve.

In the meantime I too did the email to USCIS with my court case # / Jude’s name etc on 07/22, ended up getting an automatic response within secs

At this point I’m taking all the help I could get.

I was checking the status everyday as well as the API. Usually the API would state the same generic thing. However, on July 22 it stated something a bit different that gave me some hope:

\* ackedByAdjudicatorAndCms: true: This is a crucial metric. It means an adjudicating officer has formally acknowledged the case files inside the Content Management System. In online tracking communities, this flag usually triggers right before a final decision or approval notice is printed.

Sadly, I did get terminated from my job. I hope I can get reinstated or find a new one soon!

Didn’t know if this fitted well into rant or what flair, but I just wanted to ask all 2021 stuck limbo applicants as to how they were hangin on dealing with the clusterfuck that’s going on around us. I’m one of those that got stuck in limbo back in July 2021, I remember getting the USCIS letter by mail saying my DACA application went through and that I needed to go later on and do my biometrics, unfortunately the Texas V United States lawsuit occurred and didn’t get DACA. Graduted from high school back in June 2022 with honors, but got stuck working shitty construction jobs. Wanted to go to college after high school and become a Nurse, maybe it was for the better as I wanted to help peiple and was interested in science as I did good in biology, chemistry was more or less decent, but many peiple said I saved myself from a career that probaly wouldn’t have been enjoyable for me. Now I know what I want to study, I gotten interested in I.T. ( want to study IT network specialist), but with a shitty construction job, not having daca, and not being able to use my degree without an EAD and SSN has made me hopeless. STG the only thing that are keeping me sane is the gym and my family, as I lost all my friends and have been alone. How’s everyone doing so dar right now after most likely graduating high school and maybe gotten into college? What y’all do for hobbies to keep your minds distracted?

question. has anyone had to pay the $100 day pass at a state park bc we’re not qualified as U.S. citizens or resident? or can we show them our ID shows that we reside in the U.S.

Anyone here go from being a DACA recipient to a greencard holder marriage through us citizen, having a legal entry? If so what was your timeline of approval and having card in your hands?

Hello DACA community. I have a question about driver's license renewal, my driver's license has expired for nearly almost 3 months because of the delays that we are experiencing. I was wondering whether I will have to retake the test all over again? Texas. I thank you in advance for your feedback.

For a lot of us that have been waiting for more than 6 months, this is definitely a wake up call.

Most of us won’t be the same once we get back to work, try to live a normal life etc.

I’ve been waiting since Jan 16th and I just see the days go by. It’s hard specially when you have a lot of responsibilities. I’ve been going to the gym, getting rid of things I don’t need at home. This waiting period humbled me down. It opened my eyes to save more and be more thankful yet again, I don’t know when I’ll get an update from USCIS. I keep seeing posts of people that send expedited requests and congressional requests being deny. The uncertainty of not knowing is overwhelming. I hope us dreamers get a chance to get a permanent legal status. We all know that there are rules to apply for DACA and we definitely contribute to society. The same way we pay taxes and contribute to the government but we can’t get absolutely nothing while we wait.

After 230 days I’ve finally been approved!!!

I was let go from my job and have had my permit expired since April 2, 2026. I sent my renew application December 3, 2025.

It has been a long journey and I am so thankful to have finally been approved! I was happy for those who were getting approved and was losing hope. But don’t give up! This reminded me how to work hard and keep working even without being able to hold the job that I once had. No shame in working hard and earning your living.

Searched the sub for some answers to the new rule and it was mostly a bummer but some pointed out it will be okay after all. These are some sources I found confirming that. So are we going to be good? It was kind of hard to google because there were so many news articles talking about the impact (rightfully so) instead of lawyers/officials clarifying it.

Has anyone travel from the dfw area to waco? Its less then a 2 hour drive but I'm worried about state troopers or ice even if I drive safely. This is while waiting on my daca renewal since its expired
