
Delivery agent refused to exchange and cancelled redelivery
So I ordered a pant but it was way too tall (upto my chest even) so I wanted to do a style exchange The problem is when I took it out of the package itself the tag wasn't attached it just fell off And when the delivery guy came to exchange it for another pant he refused to accept it cause the "tag was missing" even though I left it in the pocket but I forgot to mention it to my dad on the day of exchange After that I requested for another style exchange and without even coming the delivery partner updated that the tag is missing so the exchange is on hold Now do I contact the delivery agent or myntra customer care to try to resolve it cause its like 1.3k stuck its not a small amount for me this issue has happened over the span of a week
