Frustated and feeling like guving up
I do work out almost daily from last 1 year in starting i was enjoying it but from past 3 months its tooo much frustating i m not going for some insta model body all i want is to loose some wait get fit thats all but there has been no inprovemnt infact i m gaining weight due to which i m going in depression not caring abt diet at all now i am at 120 not 3 months back i reduced to 116 and was excited to keep going but today its 121 i m sooo much frustated need some serious help
