Planning an outdoor balloon arch on a shoestring budget. How do I attach it to a park shelter?
I have a shoestring budget and no money for a proper stand alone arch. I would like it to be on the outside. Weathered outdoor structures tend to be pointy, s I just want to know if it is even possible to attach it and still have it look nice. I plan on making it in 3 or 4 big chunks the day before to transport to the park and fully assembled there. Do I just use duck tape and those long balloons or fishing line and hope I don't get to much poppage within the 4 hour rental period. That's all I can think of at this point, LOL I am using a kit from Michaels, comes with 412 balloons. I plan to do the method of tying them together, then twisting them into groups + connecting with long balloons rather than using the strip thing and glue dots it comes with.
