Got my final invoice for my m3 RWD standard. Ordered June 14th

How soon do you get delivery date? I assume when I do this I get more of a narrow window?

Ordered a m3 RWD estimated 8-20th September.
I’m yet to get my final invoice with Tesla finance what happens to the £200 I paid when I ordered?

Ordered my Tesla M3 RWD on 14th June still not a vin number? Anyone redone I’ll get it sooner currently says 27th aug- 24 September. Thought I’d have a vin number by now at least
