Hello,
I recently purchased the MPG 274U E16M monitor and I am trying to use the Gaming Intelligence software to configure my monitor settings, particularly the KVM shortcuts.
But Gaming Intelligence displays the following error: “Cannot detect supported monitors”, even though:
• The monitor is connected to my laptop via HDMI
• A USB Type-B to Type-A cable is also connected between the monitor and the PC
• The monitor is correctly detected in Windows Device Manager as “Generic Monitor (MPG 274U E16M)”
It appears that the MPG 274U E16M is not yet supported by the current version of Gaming Intelligence.

Do you have any idea why I can’t use GI ?
