Issues with QA Customer Service?

Since this morning, I’m trying to contact the Qatar Customer Service - the US number. Firstly, when the automated system prompts me to enter my privilege number and I do, it says invalid input - which is weird. Then it takes me to the next step where when I choose to talk to a customer service representative, either the call goes blank and nothing happens OR someone picks up, introduces themselves, but when I start speaking, it again goes blank and no one speaks.

Tried calling multiple times with a few hours or interval and it’s the same. Is it just me or is there a service disruption?
