Another heavy truck stuck in the grade-separator yesterday

Yesterday around 10.30pm another truck was stuck in the grade separator below Finolex chowk. It scrapped the bridge so hard that there was cement debris all under the bridge. One lane was fully blocked. This keeps happening almost once a month.

Why cant PCMC install a height barrier / something similar near the previous exit so these trucks can reverse easily and get out in time? I know there are road signs, but these are very small in size and truck drivers still ignore them.

These type of incidents rarely happen on the other side of the road because they have a height barrier installed.
