Looking for a house to rent in DHA 2
im looking for 10marla/1kanal one portion house in DHA 2, i want a fairly new designed house like new tiles good bathrooms etc with 3 bedrooms . ive contacted multiple agents from zameen. com and theyve all said the ads there are "dummy" ads with fake and low prices like 100k for 1kanal portion , and theyre telling me the good designed houses start from 130k, are they scamming me? whats the least i can pay for a decent house, my budget is 100k, however ive also seen ppl here say u can get a good 1 kanal house for 80k.
I want to cut down on my expenses i can settle for a 10 marla as well if its cheaper and well designed. Im getting really confused. PLS HELP ME OUT AM I GETTING SCAMMED
Also if anyone knows any agent who can help me find a house with reasonable price pls lmk
