Why did Yoda go into exile alone on Dagobah instead of going to Tatooine with Obi Wan? They wouldn't necessarily have to live right next to each other. He could've lived in a different city and only make occasional trips to the area Obi Wan and Luke lived in. This would make both of them stronger in case something happened that needed to be responded to (like Leia's kidnapping in the Kenobi show) and at the same time minimize the risk of both of them being caught if one is discovered. The actual reason for this is obvious but what is an in-universe explanation for this?
