I recently discovered that mutations don't have a 100% chance of generating, but now I'm wondering if a crop can be engaged in the creation of more than one mutation. Would the mutations spawn in both free spaces or would it just generate once (given an infinite amount of time)

Hello, I was wondering why sometimes mutations don't spawn sometimes? In the pic i planted all the plants at the same exact time?
