After 5 years of saving up and parking my funds into low cost funds, I finally hit 200k CAD. Few things that helped me save up

• Live in a low cost city
• No car payments
• Rent
• Keep your investments boring. I'm too lazy to pay attention to the market so i have my paycheque buy VEQT on a schedule.
