Hello. So for context, my BDO Visa is being upgraded to Gold, although I haven’t received the card, nakareflect na siya sa app and ready for activation. Now, I recently made 2 expensive purchase that I really need and immediately applied for purcon after ko mareceive text ng promo from BDO, pero they were declined.

Pwede kaya nadecline dahil sa ongoing upgrade? Pwede ko ba siya irequest ulit for approval after ko maactivate yung bagong card as long as within the promo period pa?
