Indian passport forgotten while traveling from Germany to Belgium — what are my options?
Hi everyone,
I’m an Indian citizen living in Germany and currently on my way to Belgium for a 2-day trip. I just realized
**I forgot my physical passport at home**.
I **do not have my residence permit card with me either**.
What I do have:
German health insurance card
a photo / digital copy of my passport on my phone
My question is: **can I still continue to Belgium without the physical passport and residence permit, or should I go back and collect them?** Has anyone been in a similar situation traveling within Schengen as a non-EU citizen?
