I feel like there's no way the Runna's calculated pace for my HM is accurate?

I feel like I've maybe read a few variations of the post I'm currently making, but I feel like I've not seen such a disparity in timing difference? Have I tricked Runna into thinking I'm faster than I am?

My fastest long run has been at a 12:48 pace. And I feel like I was really pushing. Runna says my target race pace is 11:15? How does it expect me to shave a minute and a half off? I'm on week 9 of 13 of my training plan.

I am a complete newbie, have only been regularly running since the beginning of June before I started this training plan. The paved trail I run does have some hills, while the race I'm signed up for is flat, known for being to set PRs on apparently. Does that plus adrenaline add up to 11:15?

I will say I'm not super concerned with my time, I really only care to be under 3 hours which I believe to be achievable. I'm just trying to wrap my head around whether or not this algorithm is accurate.

Reposted because this post got booted from r/running. Boy does that sub have a lot of rules.

Think I have runner's knee?

I have been lifting semi regularly for a few years, and I typically go pretty heavy on leg days. I have started half marathon training recently and have been informally running for a few months. I just went to go squat and imagine my shock when my right knee starts burning unbearably. I removed weights and returned to the bar and it was almost pain free but not very fulfilling. What am I supposed to do now? I don't typically roll my legs after a run, should I do that? I'm currently icing and just trying to chill out. My next run isn't scheduled until Monday and it's a tempo run. Bad idea? This feels very discouraging.

Are there any public soccer fields?

Are there any places where someone can go and casually dribble around a field and shoot at a goal? When I look online it looks like there's plenty of fields but I can't tell whether or not they're privately owned or only for school use. Anyone have any info?

Why do men get so upset when women point out they make us feel unsafe?

I have ended up on an algorithm that is heavily running based, and as a result I get many videos of how to keep yourself safe when running. Or women talking about how they feel paranoid looking over their shoulder constantly. And without fail, every time I open the comments, there are men and women talking about how ridiculous it is. That women shouldn't run alone if they feel unsafe. That they are stupid for feeling the way we do. That women don't need to carry pepper spray or a pew, and it's somehow offending them that we do. I don't understand. If women get assaulted, I see people running to say, well that's why you should have had/done XYZ to prevent this. But when we share tips, it's seen as an accusation? Like make it make sense. It's absolutely infuriating.
