Is it essential to run Mortarian and Defilers for competitive Deathguard lists?
I've collected Votann but recently got into Deathguard. I've got about 3000 points of models to play with but no Defilers or Mortarian. I've had pretty solid wins but in a recent doubles tournement everyone was running Ctan, Defilers and Primarchs. Are these uber units going to be essential if I want victories in tournaments?
