How much does it cost y'all to live per month in Eindhoven?

I was thinking abt doing my Msc at TuE for a while now. However idk abt the costs of living in Eindhoven as Ik The Netherlands in itself is pretty expensive and I wouldn't want to take out student loans.

Tbh if I go I do plan to take up a part time job and my parents would give me abt 700 euros a month to live. (I am an EU citizen so work permits are not an issue, I would qualify for DUO however not for the bonus grant, just the basic one which is abt 350 euros a month) All in all my budget would be like 1.3k a month or smth like that

Now those would be the plans however that is just some research I did so I was wondering abt students who actually live there and work there part time that is why I am writing this.

Also idk if it matters or how much cheaper it would be but I do plan to split my housing with a friend (CAN ALSO DO SOLO IF IT'S CHEAPER) who would also go there and I'd live mostly conservatively and I'dlike to try to secure an apprtment as soon as I get accepted so I can maybe get it cheaper. I don't rly go crazy on expenses maybe 200 euros a month on leisure like going out and some new clothes or whatever, but besides that I don't expect to pay a lot on stuff like groceries or whatever I don't rly eat a lot but I cook at home.

So in conclusion I'd like to know, for students living there, how much does it cost y'all a month? For those with part time jobs do you manage to balance them and studies well or jow hard is it?

Also how hard is it to find a job in the first place is it crazy hard or is it relatively easy for students how long did it take y'all?
