Qualification Check for credential verification
Hi, I'm middle of pre-boarding stuff with UPMC. After two weeks of applying background check, it finally came back, but unfortunately, my educations were internationally completed, so the copy of report said background check company didn't even able to verify or contact the school. Other than that, all passed. ThenI got requested from preboarding representative to provide "Qualification Check" permission to release my info. Seems Qualification Check is a company name where verifies international education credentials.
I submitted all supporting documentations ( transcript +graduation letter), but they have to check if it is real from the school, which I understand. Only one week left for the tentative started date and I'm concern and frustrated as preboarding person only contacted me when she needs something and no answer when I asked something.
I understand somewhat HR is busy, but nothing answered at all. I guess only thing I can do is waiting and be patient, but it is very tough at this point.
Has anyone had the same or similar experience or with any experience with Qualification Check? Or anything that I can do at this point?
If they push my start day one or two weeks, that is okay, but am worried if they rescine the offer if it won't come back soon for the process as I found Qualification Check reviews were pretty bad in general.
