Hi everyone,

I’ve had Alopecia Universalis since I was 4 years old, and I am now 42 years old. I have never done any treatment in my life, and honestly, I didn't even know these new options existed until recently.

Lately, I’ve noticed some hairs trying to grow back on my face and head, and my skin still has visible pores everywhere. I am thinking about talking to a doctor about JAK inhibitors, but I am on the fence.

For anyone with a similar story (long-term AU since childhood):

Is it worth starting this treatment after so many years?
Did you manage to grow back hair, eyebrows, or a beard?
