Hello! please help a guy out and take his (my) lease! T<T (i couldn't find the megathread, if there even was one) Current room is really nice but I'm moving back home so I can't really be paying for a room I don't live in... I live in Canyon Flats, (661 University Way, 89501) and NO, it's literally nothing like what people say. I've never had a problem here that the office didn't fix, or maintenance didn't repair expeditiously. They're all being so incredibly dramatic that it's laughable, and I do not respect them.

Why You Should Take Over My Lease:

• Private room & shower
• Rent is $684, originally $674 but I paid $10 for a larger bed and $17 for the Liability Fee.
• $684 for rent? that's nearly $100 less than standard rent for a 4x4!? Wow!
