Lymow Plus One - Issues with Replacement Blades & Omni Wheel Spring
Not sure where else to go for help, hoping someone will have advice or maybe someone at Lymow might see this and actually help me...
Came home one day after my Lymow Plus One had run to find that my yard looked very oddly mowed, it had of stripes of tall unmowed grass in it. Though to myself that's odd... so I went to the mower and raised the deck only to find that one blade was completely missing.
Looked around for over thirty minutes and we finally found the missing blade and went to install it back on the mower only to find that that "blade cleat" (not sure what else to call it) was also missing. Okay, so I had fortunately finally received the extra blades that I had ordered back in February a couple of weeks ago so I got those out thinking surely they include the pieces needed to install the new blades. Nope. To top it off the extra blades include a nut instead of a bolt, not sure how that would help me? (Maybe the Lymow One uses a bolt or something like that.) Checked Lymow's website hoping maybe I could order blade cleats, but apparently that is not a part that they sell, so I reached out to customer service. So far that has been absolutely nothing from Lymow's customer service, which I understand just seems to be the case now days, unfortunately.
Blade Cleat? Missing one of these

So, after that I go out to take a closer look at my mower and my husband points out that the mower deck is sitting crooked.
Unfortunately he is correct about this. When we raise the deck again it turns out that there appears to be an issue with one of the Omni wheel not springing correctly, which from what I have read recently appears to be a common issue.

At this point I am not sure what to do, Lymow's customer service is MIA, and I am stuck with an inoperable mower that has just past the 30 day return period. When the mower is working it is great, but when there are issues it sooooo frustrating...
If anyone knows of a way to actually reach customer service or if there is a third party vendor that has parts, if you could let me know I would be extremely grateful. If you are considering purchasing a Lymow Plus One, my advice to you would be to wait until Lymow gets their customer service figured out.
