My 8yo “little sister” (through Big Brother Big Sister) is absolutely dying to try Tanghulu (the fresh fruit covered in a crunchy clear sugar coating) and I am desperately trying to find a place that sells it.

Has anyone seen Tanghulu being sold at the Reading Terminal or in Chinatown? Anywhere in Philly?
